The addition of service customers is made at the time of registration of the first order by taking all useful information from the bead: owner name, car type, body series, registration number, ITP expiration date.
Each day the Service App generates the list of clients whose ITP will expire or signals the passage of one year after the revision.
14 days before the expiry of the period (ITP, 1 year revision) ServiceApp automatically sends SMS reminding the customer of the deadlines up to which the above operations can be performed.
Quotes can be issued after checking the existing problems and they will then be converted into tax invoices. Because the application is in the Cloud, all this information can be accessed from any location.
